The delete option is located in the admin tab and therefore not accessable for the user.

if you're admin take a look at the users tab, youll most likely find out your other user isn't there anymore. if thats the case your database probably got deleted...
take a look in /var/lib/pufferpanel/servers/ and take a look if the server still exists

use the srcds template with the Appid 302550 after that just edit the startcommand to ./acServer and the stopcode(Signal) to 2 and you should be golden.
