Add some settings card into the SettingsPage

Firstly, I add a SettingCard which is used to change the theme (Light or Dark) . After that, I add a SettingCard to change the background effect, and support changing into MicaAlt or Acrylic. Then I put the code which set Mica effect into comments and add notes to show that these codes can set Mica effect. You should pay attention that there may some mistakes in the changes because I alwayse make mistakes (
