Migration guide from v2 to v3 missing

All your work is outstanding. Thank you.

For www.videomail.io, I'm considering upgrading abstract-level from v2.0.2 to v3.0.1 which is quite a big risk. I've studied your changelog carefully (https://github.com/Level/abstract-level/blob/main/UPGRADING.md), and the removal of the put & del stuff is quite a big change.

Wondering if you have some migration guide out there on how to change them to use write instead?
