Remove all the code in Lib/mutatorMath/ufo/ MutatorMath should provide no designspace reading / writing. Please refer to
- fontTools.designspacelib for all specifications, editing
- ufoProcessor for generating UFOs from designspace files.
Remove Docs/designSpaceFileFormat.md
