Protection History not clearing Windows 11 25H2

I tried both the cmd and bat files, but Windows Security still shows a threat previously blocked on my PC after reboot. If there are any different steps I could take to try to fix it, let me know. When I rescanned my PC with both Windows Security and Malwarebytes, it showed no current threats or viruses, so I don't think it's because the threat is still on my PC.
