Sound effect/model files not extracting.

I admit I'm not a coder but I've been trying to mod the files of White Noise Online for a few weeks now. I've been able to crack all but the sound effect/model files that are in the xnb format. Here's some example files from the game but no program I've come across has been able to unpack them.

When I try to extract the audios it just gives me this error

And this is what i get for the model

I get the same issue regarding audio while trying to unpack audio files from Terraria
