Request: Addons to support sitting and mounts?

Hi, would you be willing to expand on this plugin or another to fix clipping issues when sitting for modded race scales?
I know mounts may be a bit more difficult of course, but I just wanted to throw that in here in case it was a possibility.

For instance: When I sit down using small or tall, it clips my butt into the object I'm sitting on (usually furniture). Is it possible to offset people up a bit (even if my feet would dangle). I'm unsure how this would interact with taller skeletons of course.
