dalamud errors when I go into housing mode

Hello I have dalamud errors when I go into housing mode

I'm assuming it's cause of the bdth plugin? Do you have any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it please? Thank you

I should add I also crash when logging out of the game. This seems to be an issue with the furnishing list from what I've seen. I'll try to fix it soon.
