Magnet links don't work with Multiprocess

When using Multiprocess (with Firefox Developer Edition) with the Synoloader magnet link option enabled, clicking a magnet link doesn't send it to Synoloader. It seems the registration of the magnet protocol fails with Multiprocess enabled.

Without Multiprocess, it works correctly.
