Is your proposal related to a problem?

I searched our existing issues, but couldn't find this one.

It'd be nice to have a user setting that filters posts by discussion / article only. IE, a way to view your front page that excludes all image posts, or posts where the url is an image.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Create the filter described above. Make it either a user setting, or similar to the hide posts filter, shown as a quick toggle.

It also might be good to have this as an instance-wide and community-wide setting, for those who want to run discussion instances and communities.
