Cannot access mod tools on /reports page

When someone reports a post/comment, shows up on the /reposts page,

but when clicking on the three dots (more) to access the mod tools they don't show up, i get an error instead:

Uncaught TypeError: this.props.moderators[0] is undefined

Yep, I still do need to add this.
