Instances list requires horizontal scrolling when it contains instances with long domain names

Summary

There is plenty more horizontal space on the screen, but the instances table is confined to only a smaller part of it. On LW we have an entry for mercurial.blogplpl.p.projecthermes.plplreommermercmercurial.mer.pl.mercurial.blog, which looks a lot like someone misconfigured things, but long domain names shouldn't make the entire list less accessible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a linked instance with a very long domain name. Can probably be reproduced the same way with the blocked instances list without requiring to federate with the domain.
