Show community sidebar on the submit page after selecting a community

Describe the feature you'd like
Since many communities write their rules in the sidebar, this would make it much easier to check if your submissions would abide by the rules of the community, especially when crossposting to multiple communities. Reddit current does this:
Lemmy would need to add an option to officially add rules to a community or instance, as it stands they just write the rules into the sidebar. I suggest making an issue for this feature on the main Lemmy repo since having rules in the Lemmy backend is needed to facilitate such a feature in the UI.
Many lemmy communities have their rules written in the sidebar, I edited the issue to say sidebar instead of rules.
Seems like a good idea. If anyone has time to add this it'd be much appreciated.
