The spacing between and size of comments in the user's history is inconsistent when switching between "Overview" and "Comments"

Summary
There is a difference in spacing between comments, and the size of the comment blocks when switching between "Overview", and "Comments" in the users' post history.

You can see by the edges of the list in the two above pictures that there's added spacing, and that there is a difference in the size of each block.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a bunch of comments in a user history
- switch between "Overview" and "Comments" in the user's post history
- observe the difference in the sizes and spacings of the items.

I can't really tell, or figure out where this is, but PRs welcome.
If you go to your user profile page and toggle between comments and overview, look at the spacing/separation of the items in the list. You'll see that under overview, they are spaced further apart, and under comments the list is more compact. Look specifically at the line separator between the items and the padding that surrounds it.
Can re-open if someone wants to take this on.
