"Mark as read" tooltip is appearing in the top left corner of the page in notifications inbox when you clear a notification

Summary

When you mark a notification as read in your inbox, the "mark as read" tooltip appears in the top left of the page as shown below.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Mark an inbox item as read.
2. Observe that the "mark as read" tooltip pops up in the top left of the page.

OS: Arch Linux (Kernel v6.6.63-1-lts) DE: KDE Plasma v6.2.4 Browser: Firefox (flatpak) v133.0
