Page is empty when creating an arabic community, username

Summary

when I'm creating an arabic community or username, I only see blank page when I visit the community page or profile page

Steps to Reproduce

1. create an arabic community or username
2. go to community page or profile page

Same for Cyrillic. Also for the profile page with Cyrillic username, I got error 500 when refresh the page
