Summary

Cannot create arabic username because of the pattern validation in html

Steps to Reproduce

1. got to Signup page
2. type an arabic username
3. you should see the error

As far as I understand in most instances you can change your visible username to match your desired username regardless of ascii compatibility; I think it's for technical reasons that it has to follow the format as it does right now but you'll still be able to appear that way to other users.
