[Bug]: X-post & graph-buttons doesn't use Tippy for tooltip [incorrect/wrong/inconsistent]

Summary

I'm using the theme darkly-red.

Incorrect tooltip: Graph button X-post button

Correct tooltip for comparison: Save button tooltip Show report tooltip Menu button tooltip

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use darkly-red (haven't checked the others)

Technical Details

The incorrect tooltips are an anchor-element (<a />), while the correct ones are the button-element (<button />). I'm using feddit.dk in Danish, if that makes a difference.
