A community with the same name cannot be created after deleting it

To replicate, create a community, delete it, and try to create it again. The button keeps spinning indefinitely, without any warnings, and since the community can't be found using the community search and the only person who can restore it is the moderator, that community can no longer be used.

Admins should also be able to restore communities. Seems like this is mainly a frontend problem because there is no error message shown.

I am able to do this with no issues, though I've only done it after using the "purge" function not just remove.

The easiest way to resolve this issue is to display a warning or error message and ensure that the button does not continue spinning. This will prompt the user to contact the administrator to restore the community or request moderation.
