Physical keyboard cursor keys in text fields act partially out of scope

Describe the bug Using a bluetooth keyboard. In Jerboa’s text fields, the left/right cursor keys work alright but up/down seem to work outside of the scope of the text box. Up/down keys will switch the focus between other form elements rather than moving the cursor inside the text box.
