Add a option to disable marquee effect

Some users find it distracting, add option to disable it, and use ellipsis instead

It could also be optimized to so that it doesn't scroll immediately. I've also found the defaults on it not that great.

I would actually even make the opposite, make a option to enable marquee and have it disabled by default? what do you think?

Not sure. At least for now I'll make the marquee more usable until someone wants to add a setting for using ellipses. IMO the ellipses isn't that great because it means you'll never see the instance (or the full name) unless you click into it.
