Explain default actions + meaning of icons in README

Describe The Feature Request Below

Explain somewhere in the README the meaning of the used icons + and the default actions and possible changes that can be made to them.

The icons mean:

• Shield -> Moderator
• Shield -> Admin (This should probably be changed)
• Robot -> Bot Account
• Crossed person -> banned (Community or instance wide, this should probably also be made distinct)
• Highlighted name -> OP

This might be helpful, but even better would be to have click-and-hold descriptions for these visual indicators.

The are pretty small, and this would add more touch targets, and more areas that one could accidental tap instead of opening the relevant post/comment
