A list item is a container block. If the task list is a loose list, how many lines should we select? Does such selection have any practical use?

Too many modules depend on sync `fs`, while VS Code's `fs` is async. That's the major problem.

According to a [recently](https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_60) published [authoring guide](https://code.visualstudio.com/api/extension-guides/web-extensions), there is much more to do than just supporting Virtual Workspaces.

FYI [CommonMark 0.30](https://github.com/commonmark/commonmark-spec/releases/tag/0.30) got released a few minutes ago, with mainly clarifications, and subtle changes to boundary conditions. I think it will not affect our plan for now.
