Installation instructions - $ZabbixServer and $HostName are confusing

Hi,

Firstly, thank you for this script.

In your installation instructions, this step is confusing:

  1. edit supervisor_check.pl and set yours $ZabbixServer and $HostName for zabbix_sender.

Is this script meant to be installed on the zabbix server? Should $ZabbixServer be localhost?

As for $HostName, I have 150x machines that need monitoring, what should I do here?
