Add support for Alt+F8 way of resizing windows

I like to use Keyboard only sometimes, so I end up using the "Alt+F8" shortcut in Gnome for resizing windows, what i've noticed is that, the Tiling functionality stops working when I use that way of resizing. The resizing works normally when I drag the border of the window or use Meta+Middleclick, the problem is only with Alt+F8.

I don't remember exactly why I didn't implement the group resizing with GNOME's native keyboard shortcut. I only remember that I had some issues. Maybe I couldn't determine when a resizing operation ended or something... no idea tbh.

As a workaround I implemented a separate keyboard-based resizing mechanic using the Tile Editing Mode. Use Super + Arrow keys after entering the Tile Editing Mode to resize tiled windows.
