BREAKING: MDX v2, Theme UI v0.15, Gatsby Head API

New major versions will be published for each theme to do the following upgrades:

• [x] Use Gatsby's Head API and remove react-helmet
• [x] Use MDX v2 and gatsby-plugin-mdx v4 (https://github.com/LekoArts/gatsby-themes/pull/989)
• [x] Use Theme UI v0.14 or later (https://github.com/LekoArts/gatsby-themes/pull/968)
• [x] Change React peerDep to 18 (https://github.com/LekoArts/gatsby-themes/pull/968)
• [x] Improve SVG sprite usage (https://github.com/LekoArts/gatsby-themes/pull/969)
