Prismic preview plugin missing

It would be nice to have the prismic gatsby preview plugin to see the changes before publishing.

This would be awesome. I spent a day trying to implement it but after rewriting all the queries, the preview was still not working. I'm not sure if it was due to my approach. I'd be glad to help. If you have an idea about the steps I would have to follow I'm down to make a PR.

I'm slowly moving over all starters to themes: https://github.com/LekoArts/gatsby-themes

Hence I won't do any work here anymore but you can expect the converted theme to have preview functionality. Can't promise a timeframe, it takes time to convert them :) I'll also need to test out the other Prismic source plugin.
