Update Dependancies & switched to emotion 10

Hi, I'm new to using git but I noticed alot of the dependancies have been deprecated or out of date. I have switched out deprecated dependancies with new one or have updated old dependacies.

Changes to Dependencies

  • gatsby-source-prismic has been updated from V2 to V3
  • src/schema/case-study.json has been added to work with gatsby-source-prismic V3
  • react-emotion has been replaced with @emotion/styled or @emotion/core
  • grid-styled has been replaced with @rebass/grid
