Unifying receiver broken out of thin air?

From one moment to the next my unifying receiver stopped working. Also the logitech software under windows can't pair anymore, the receiver keeps disconnecting from usb while powercycling a keyboard or mouse. Do you know how to completely factory reset the receiver? I tried reflashing the current firmware, also didn't help. Here is my log:
