How do I download again, if at Folder Download has notification Queued for 4 Apps

I have problem regarding download file APK from the internet.

I have downloaded 4 android applications and the all status is queued and I already have waited for 30 minutes and no response anymore.

How to clear that, I already have clicked force stop at Download Manager and Download (Settings ---> Apps ---> All) but when i try to download another android application again, there is no any notification at Folder Download about the status "Queue".

Please help me out. Thanks.
