Menu Scrolling 2 Instead of 1

It seems to be only if you scroll to the bottom of a list and then try to go back up, it'll scroll two instead of one, and then it'll skip one coming down again as well. If you scroll all the way back up and then come back down it'll fix itself until you try to go back up again. Vice versa for the top of the list.
