Describe the bug for the first problem in leetcode two sum it didnt add the python file of my code but it did commit my c++ file code

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Leetcode
2. Click on the two sum problem
3. Submit a solution in python
4. you wouldnt find the python file in your desired repo

Expected behavior i expected to find a directory named after the two sum problem with my python code file inside of it Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
