Missing problems

A range of problem does not exist. It leaps from 242 - 257

ticking "Show Locked" in the plugin settings will get these to show. I have noticed though that some problems are missing entirely, such as 2877.

Delete the cache files in /home/${USER}/.lc/leetcode/cache and restart vscode. Then it will be fixed when facing missing problems. Same for the one in leetcode-cn.
