Edit link modal doesn't open up.

Describe the bug Clicking on the link icon/editing pasted link doesn't open link modal.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on link button
  2. Modal doesn't open up.

Expected behavior A modal opens up when editing/adding a link as in the demo.
