I also spotted this layout for less advanced stations this morning.   (Yes there are finally some cables there, they may get power to them in 2028)

Those aren't available on the National Rail API unfortunately. TfL does have a pretty good API and you could certainly make a fork of this repo to query that API....

I only have a 2 platform station (Sticks McSticksville here). Can you give me an example to test with? And, I'll see what I can do to create a PR....
