Lee, My apologies for not understanding as I am still learning. What do you mean that is reported as a hot car but not? How do I find out that is not a hotcar? What file do I look at through github? Check out the tweet in the link - it's clearly not a hot car report, but @MetroHotCars responded and it's on the list of hotcars at http://www.dcmetrometrics.com/hotcars/main. I simply need to remove it from the database.
I maybe I need to add a filter to exclude considering tweets that have the phrase "not hot" or "isn't hot".
