sending bitcoin transaction is pending endlessly

every time i want to send bitcoin i got stuck at the fourth step after signing the transaction. the circle is loading never ending, i am depressed and dont know what to do, please help.

i already have the newest ledger live version and also the newest firmware version and i already cleared the cache, i dont know what else to do...
