MIDI buttons targeting effects clear their config upon saving.

Describe the bug

When adding a midi button to the midi Input Configuration with effect as it's command, the effect configuration will clear itself as soon as you save the button. This leaves the button non-functional.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable MIDI permissions in the browser
2. Go to the MIDI Input Configuration window
3. Right click on any button to open the button configuration
4. Select 'effect' as the command
5. click on the pencil icon to configure the effect
6. Fill out the effect config details and click save
7. Save your button
8. right click the button you just created and go back into the pencil icon to view the effect config.
9. The effect config will have cleared itself and the button will not work.

Expected behavior

Expected behavior is for the effect config to save and for the button to then start the effect that has been configured.
