I'll try to look into the issue, but can you clarify which version of MC and the mod you were running? Your issue title states 1.20.1, but the mod version you list is for 1.19.2.

Almost every version has this problem, but players who use both products at the same time, their version. Mostly hovering around the 1.18.2 and 1.20.1 versions

You can rotate the camera with Controllable now. But there are 2 more problems.

Can't switch perspective using controller.
When moving with controller, Controllable will always let player face to the direction that camera is facing.
