Feature request: Export Model command

Thanks for making this extension -- Really nice to use. The images in the pop-up function help are particularly slick, although I suspect that wasn't the difficult bit.

The only thing I miss from the antyos.openscad plugin is the Export Model command. It would be nice to have that included.

I wonder why not use the export function in OpenSCAD

The OpenSCAD UI is very cumbersome. Through fiddly menus, I have to trigger a render, wait for it to finish, and then do the export. With the command in vscode, I can start an export with a single operation, often with just Ctrl+Shift+P, Enter, Y. It really improves the workflow when making final adjustments to accommodate a slicer.
