Consistently getting 'Unable to connect to "/api/v2/lrs/xxxxxxxx"' errors in web interface

What version were you using?

  • Learning Locker 6.2.4 from HT2 Labs - ami-0866d11483d00d41c

What steps can we follow to reproduce the behaviour?

  1. Follow the instructions guide to launch the Community AMI here: http://docs.learninglocker.net/guides-installing/
  2. Log in to the Learning Locker UI using the credentials in ~/ll_credentials.txt
  3. Click on testOrg
  4. Go to Settings > Stores
  5. Click Add new button
  6. Enter a Title and change the focus to the Description field
  7. You will see an error alert that says something like Unable to connect to "/api/v2/lrs/xxxxxxxx" (see screenshot)

What is the actual behaviour?

What is the expected behavior?

  • No error alerts and the inputs are saved (in this case, the title of the Store created)

Is there any additional information that will help us replicate/understand the problem?

  • This seemingly API error occurs not just in the Stores view, but elsewhere as well.
