Propose information architecture

i.e., what are the general high-level categories of resources (e.g., articles, self-guided tutorials, programming paradigms, frameworks, comp sci theory etc.) to feature in the readme and how should each category be structured (e.g., list, nested list, table, etc.)?
for now, we'll work with a table until some other structure fits our usage better
I'm going to refer to the catchall section underneath the table as "the focus section"
