@def- seems the change is recent enough that we can make the change before any mappers use it. It should also be not that hard to look-thru all the maps...

Maybe Russia blocks the revocation list url or OCSP for our CA? That's what `CRYPT_E_REVOCATION_OFFLINE` sounds like to me
