[FEATURE] Templates for TinyMCE

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The TinyMCE editor used in Leantime has the "Template"-Plugin enabled. However you cannot add any templates anywhere. As we want to keep a similar structure to Project descriptions and ToDo descriptions, this would be immensely helpful to use.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. A admin page to add and save Templates
  2. Saved templates are added th the TinyMCE template menu
  3. (Optional, but nice) Set a default template for specific pages like "New Project", so the template gets loaded each time.

Additional context I would like to contribute to this issue, if help is wanted :)
