[FEATURE] ToDo Overview over all projects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In our company we have few developers working on multiple small projects. This means in some cases in one sprint a developer works on multiple projects. Now it is not easy to gain an overview about all assigned ToDos over all projects as a developer, you need to check each project individually.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar to the Portfolio view ( see Issue #287 ) we could use a combined ToDo page over all projects. This could be like the normal ToDo-Page in the Projects (So List-View and Kanban-Board), just showing ToDos of ALL projects. Additionally we should add two new filters at the top for "Project" and "Assigned to" with good defaults (Project: All, Assigned to: Me).

Additional context I would be willing to contribute this feature, however I first wanted to discuss with you, if thats a feature that you want and if you have any tips directions on how to tackle this.
