[BUG] Milestone shifted by -1 in calendar

What set up are you using

Describe the bug In the calendar, the milestone dates are shifted by -1 day.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a milestone
2. Choose a date start and end date
3. Save
4. Look on the calendar
5. The date displayed on the calendar is shifted by -1

Expected behavior For example, if the milestone end and start dates are 02/15/24, on the calendar the milestone should appear on the date 02/15/24 and not 02/14/24.
