[Helm Chart] Update chart from GissiLabs

Hi, I'm the maintainer of the Helm chart at https://github.com/gissilabs/charts/tree/master/leantime. It is pretty feature complete, but I had a hard time keeping up with the updates. I see there is a helm chart in the repo, which is great news. If you are Ok, I'll be happy to update mine to the latest version, including env variables and propose a PR here. As new versions get released, the community (including myself) can update the chart. If you rather keep the current chart, I'll deprecate mine and point users here to avoid confusion.

Thank you! I’d love for someone to help with our Helm chart, so yes please PR any updates. I am not very experienced with them so any help would be greatly appreciated
