mod I use doesnt work

whenever I try to use it league crashes on the video where I got it from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAaryI1UlhQ it says it works with fantome 1.2 but that literally doesnt exist so idk what im supposed to do pls help me

The mod file (.zip) he provides in the description is not a valid mod that you can install with Fantome.
