Move controls to the same row

The chat control row have some space that can contain 3 buttons that are placed above select for roll type.

Those can either be a part of existing buttons or separate element pull to right side of the row. With that the placeholder for actors added to the stage can be conditional and shown only when at least one actor is added.

Other approach would be to not messing up existing buttons (saving the chat log and clearing it) and leaving them in the same row as select for roll type. Instead merging those create two new rows, one for actors on the stage, and second for custom buttons dedicated to Theatre module.
