Chat controls layout is broken on player view

Foundry: 0.7.9 System: dnd5e 1.2.4 Theatre Inserts: 1.1.3 Firefox: 85.0 (64 bit)

The controls added to the chat are a little bit off on player view. GM looks correct.

In app/js/Theatre.js@275 and app/js/Theatre.js@282 the value probably can be replaced with '100%' to fix it.
